Shipping & Returns
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order weight and destination. Nothing is flat-rate and there is no free shipping threshold — the exact amount is shown before you place the order.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2PM EST on a business day leave the same day. Orders after cutoff ship the next business morning.
Packaging
Lyophilized vials are stable in transit at ambient temperature. Sprays and solutions ship with a cold pack in insulated packaging.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is generated. Transit is typically 2-4 business days.
Canada
We ship across Canada with tracked Standard and Express service. The rate is calculated at checkout from weight and destination, and settles in USD.
International
Beyond the United States and Canada, requests are reviewed case by case and may be restricted by destination regulations.
Returns
All sales are final. No items can be returned — including unopened vials — for sterility and chain-of-custody reasons. Damaged or misdelivered orders are replaced at our cost.
