Frequently asked questions.

Testing, certificates, storage, ordering and shipping, answered in one place.

IOrdering & accounts

Who can order?

Orders are accepted from qualified researchers, clinicians and institutions. By ordering you confirm the material will be used for laboratory research.

Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

Yes. Volume pricing is shown on product pages, and for larger requirements you can contact us with compounds, quantities and timeline for a quote.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled until they are processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Are products intended for human or veterinary use?

No. Products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not approved for human or veterinary use.

IITesting & certificates

How is purity determined?

Analytical HPLC establishes the purity percentage and mass spectrometry confirms the exact mass of the sequence. Both results appear on the certificate for the lot you receive.

Is a Certificate of Analysis included?

Yes. Each lot has a published certificate showing HPLC purity, mass-spectrometry identity, endotoxin and sterility results, and heavy-metal screening for that exact lot.

What is on a Certificate of Analysis?

Compound identity, lot number, batch number, HPLC purity, MS identity confirmation, endotoxin result, sterility result, heavy-metal screening and the release date.

How do I find the certificate for my vial?

Scan the QR code on the label, or search the lot number printed on the vial in the certificate library.

IIIStorage & handling

How should compounds be stored?

Lyophilised vials are stable at −20 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated and used within the window stated on the product page.

How do I reconstitute a vial?

Bring the vial to room temperature, then add sterile diluent slowly down the inner wall. Do not shake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved, then refrigerate.

How long is reconstituted material stable?

Most reconstituted peptides remain usable for several weeks refrigerated and protected from light. Stability varies by sequence; check the product page.

IVShipping & delivery

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is generated.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States and to Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout from order weight and destination.
