Who qualifies for a business account?
Research laboratories, clinics, compounding pharmacies, universities and licensed distributors ordering at least 25 units per month. Business credentials are verified during review.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 48 business hours. We may ask for supporting documents such as a business licence.
Is the product different from retail?
No. The same compounds, lots and published certificates. Only the per-vial price changes.
Do you offer custom batch sizes or private labelling?
Custom batch sizes are available on Clinic and Enterprise accounts. Co-branded or private-label packaging is available for Enterprise accounts on a per-programme basis.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Lab accounts unlock Net 15 after the first qualifying order, Clinic accounts Net 30, and Enterprise terms are agreed individually. We accept ACH and bank transfer.
