01Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order with Becker Global Labs ("Becker", "we", "us"), you ("you", "the purchaser") agree to these Terms and Conditions. They form a binding agreement between you and Becker.

Terms in any purchase order or other document you send us that differ from or add to these terms do not apply, and fulfilling an order does not mean we accept them.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, together with our Shipping Policy. We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page when you order applies to that order.

02Research use only

All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not for human or animal use of any kind, including consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation or topical application.

Products are not supplied as, and must not be used as, foods, dietary supplements, drugs, medical devices, diagnostics, cosmetics or veterinary products.

Statements about these products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Becker is a supplier of research materials and is not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility.

03Purchaser eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. Products must be handled, stored and used only by qualified, trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.

We may ask you to verify your age, identity, qualifications or institutional affiliation, and may cancel any order where these cannot be verified.

04Purchaser attestations

By ordering you confirm that the products will be used only for lawful laboratory research, that you will not resell them for human or animal use, and that you will comply with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession and use of the products.

05Prohibited conduct and no guidance

Becker does not provide medical, dosing or usage advice, and nothing on this website should be read as such. Any order or communication indicating an intent to use products outside laboratory research will be cancelled, and the account may be closed.

06Disclaimer of warranties

Products are supplied for research purposes "as is". Apart from conformity with the specification shown on the published certificate of analysis for the lot supplied, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, to the extent permitted by law.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Becker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

08Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Becker against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of products, your breach of these terms or your violation of any law.

09Regulatory compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, import, storage and use of products complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply to you.

10Orders and the right to refuse

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud or ineligibility. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed at checkout.

11Product specifications and certificates

Each lot is supplied with a published certificate of analysis showing the results for that lot. Product images are illustrative. Where a certificate covers a different strength of the same compound, this is stated on the certificate page.

12Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Please report damaged or incorrect items to support@beckergloballabs.com with your order number and photos; verified claims are replaced at our cost.

13Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process orders, verify eligibility and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Becker Global Labs is registered. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.

15General provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Becker regarding your purchase.
